The flats are located in a building that was fully renovated in 2022, equipped with a technological access system with home automation. Guests can enjoy a large inner courtyard.
In addition, there is a space with washing machines and dryers for the use of guests, accessible from the inner courtyard of the property.
There is a lift and disabled access to the flats.
It is possible to stay for a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 3 months.
Getting around the area
The location of Balilla 4 - Green Living allows guests to reach various services and shops on foot. In the adjacent streets, several public transport services are available including trams, buses and the underground, the nearest stop of which is Porta Genova on the green line. Paid public and private car parks are also available in the area.
