Le stanze sono molto carine e nuove, la cucina accessoriata (nel mio appartamento era addirittura doppia) e i bagni sono nuovi. Nel complesso gli appartamenti sono accoglienti e molto piacevoli.

Zona centrale molto comoda. Punti di forza: appartamenti nuovi e accessoriati, abitati da soli studenti (età 18-24), soluzione all-inclusive (luce,gas,wifi....), Giulia, la direttrice, simpatica e sempre disponibile.

Ottima posizione per chi frequenta la Bocconi. Gli appartamenti sono ristrutturati, molto luminosi e i prezzi delle camere sono all-inclusive, compreso wi-fi (cosa importante per noi genitori).

Proprietari disponibili, appartamento accogliente e ben strutturato che hanno facilitato la formazione di una grande famiglia all'interno, ormai da due anni a questa parte.

Soluzioni ottimale per mezzi e centralità della zona. Casa grande e accogliente con camera e servizi decisamente comodi. Coinquiline perfette. Giulia disponibile e alla mano.

La casa, le coinquiline, la signora Marta mi hanno fatto sentire parte di una vera famiglia!

L'alloggio è nuovissimo, estremamente pulito e ordinato. La posizione è strategica per i Navigli.

Lovely place, spotlessly clean, brand new and quiet. Great location near the Metro. There's keyless entry system that takes some getting used to, but in the end it was reliable and hassle-free (if you keep your phone charged).

Immeuble et appartement tout neufs et très bien placé. Situé a 10 mm à pied des canaux de Navigli et du réseau de tram, l'appartement de Francesco est idéalement placé et permet de profiter au calme d'un quartier animé. Très propre, il est idéal pour un couple qui trouvera restaurants et magasins d'alimentation à proximité. Un bon rapport qualité/prix.

I had a very pleasant time here. Everything is new and clean. The room is quite small but more than enough for one person and well equipped(kettle, small fridge, microwave, TV, balcony...). You feel very comfortable here. The area is quiet, but the doors of the rooms are not very well insulated, you can hear the noise of the neighbours in the corridors... I had a very good holiday there and will return with pleasure.

The apartment was nice, very clean and convinient for our stay at the Milan Design Week. We had 2 units combined and it was very suitable for three person so that each had their own room for sleeping. The balcony was amazing! Communication was seamless and easy.

Alloggio al piano seminterrato recentemente ristrutturato insieme all'intero edificio. Tutto pulito e con i vari comfort, host disponibile, zona tranquilla facilmente raggiungibile anche in auto e accesso alla struttura semplice tramite app.

Bel appartement, bien situe a 5 min a pied du tram. Impeccable, le seul petit inconveniant est de ne pas avoir de cle et de devoir passer par un site internet pour ouvrir les portes. Hote tres gentille et reactive.

Komplett zufrieden! Hat meine Erwartungen total erfüllt. Sauber, neu, schön und unkompliziert. Kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

We had a great time during the Milan design week. The room was really nice, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was always super responsive, kind and helpful. Only one negative thing, the rooms didn't insulate very well, we woke up a few times due to someone's phone alarm. There was a self-check-in system for the entrance. For this reason, pay attention that you keep your phone charged.

Fiquei hospedado na acomodação de Francesco por dois meses, foi tudo maravilhoso, a localização é ótimo perto de muitos bares e restaurantes. Apartamento é novo e muito bem equipado, a única coisa que acredito que podia ser melhorado, talvez porque passei um longo período na acomodação, é a adição de um microondas na cozinha. No mais tudo perfeito! Beatrice e Fabricio, que cuidam do predio todos os dias são muito solicitos e gentis.

Small but beautiful. The accommodation is exactly as pictured. Everything is new and in good shape, no superfluous gadgets. However, after a long day in Milan, you should have an extra battery for your mobile phone at hand, because there is no key. You need enough power to open the door. This is because you have to log in electronically to open the door.

Neu renovierte & saubere Wohnung. Giulia war immer erreichbar & freundlich.

Wir haben Giulia zwar nie gesehen, dies war aber auch nicht schlimm weil diese Unterkunft mit einer Access-App funktioniert: Schlüssel auf dem Handy. Super einfach!! CHF250 hätte ich Fair gefunden. Bazahlt für 2 Nächte: CHF278 Sonst alles super.

Alloggio come da descrizione. Bellissima la funzione domotica per l'accesso all'alloggio. Abbiamo trovato tutto perfettamente pulito.

Fantastic stay. Great location, very clean room, warm powerful shower. Giulia was very good at communicating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excelente habitación, muy bonita, limpia y lo más importante la atención y amabilidad del anfitrión. Es SÚPER RECOMENDABLE, de la estación central puedes llegar en un tranvía el 9. Me gusto todo.
