The location was optimal for quickly reaching the City. The terrace is wonderful and offers plenty of space to enjoy on warm days. A country lady was available in the morning and checked if everything is ok and do we need anything. Overall, the accommodation is recommended and the value for money is perfect for Milan!

Very nice and clean apartment in a really good area, close to the city center. The communication with Francesco was easy and he was always ready to help. Definitely recommended, I would come back any time.

It was my first time in Milan and there’s wasn’t a better place to stay than Francesco’s Airbnb. It has a very good location that proposes multiple activities for those looking to meet new people, learn cultural traditions and visit a different part of the city. During my stay I found everything absolutely stunning, It looks very modern and the neighborhood receives you just like a local which gives you the feeling of being at home. I felt safe all the time at the place which has a very good security system and at night is very peaceful meaning that I felt very comfortable. The people I got to meet in the building are very welcoming and friendly, they always ask me if I was good and help if I had any necessity. The things such as the bed/fridge/table/bathroom/shower/tv/etc where in perfect condition and I didn’t have any issue, it was very clean al the time. Francesco made my dream trip come true with this perfect Airbnb, I will always pick this place and recommend it to everyone

Io e la mia ragazza eravamo rimasti senza appartamento ( dove avevamo prenotato non si sono presentati per il Check in e abbiamo dovuto cancellare) e abbiamo trovato la disponibilità di Francesco, per effettuare il check-in in maniera velocissima (avevamo fretta perché dovevamo andare a un concerto). My husband and I had a comfortable 4 days stay at Francesco’s apartment. The apartment is in a clean building in Navigli, a fun neighborhood and walking distance to the tram and metro with so many cafes and restaurants nearby. Francesco was very responsive throughout. Apartment was clean, check in and checkout were seamless. We will definitely be back next time!

I was looking for a place close to Bocconi Uni and this apartment meets my requirement. Many restaurants and the supermarkets are well within walking distance.

The place is strategically located, near bocconi, near navigli, a lot of restaurant and supermarkets, also nearby public transportation. The Host is nice and responsive, the checkin process is really easy and convinient. Also our room will be cleaned once a week by the helpers who was really nice and amazing person. Overall very satisfied with the stay, and surely reccomended place to stay.

Francesco accommodation was beautiful. The place was clean, easy to find and walking distance to everything. I felt safe, as the accommodation is in a gated community. I got into Milan later than expected due to flight delays, and contacted Francesco when i arrived. They helped me find the accommodation and explained everything. Super easy-going. Thank you Francesco for a beautiful location and accommodation and anytime im in Milan, this would be my choice. Oh... the massive balcony was a big surprise. 👌

Die Lage war optimal, um schnell in die City zu gelangen. Die Terrasse ist wundervoll und bietet viel Platz, um es an warmen Tagen zu genießen. Eine Landlady war morgens verfügbar und hat gecheckt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und wir etwas brauchen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft empfehlenswert und Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis ist für Mailand perfekt!

Wir haben Giulia zwar nie gesehen, dies war aber auch nicht schlimm weil diese Unterkunft mit einer Access-App funktioniert: Schlüssel auf dem Handy. Super einfach!! CHF250 hätte ich Fair gefunden. Bazahlt für 2 Nächte: CHF278 Sonst alles super.

Small but beautiful. The accommodation is exactly as pictured. Everything is new and in good shape, no superfluous gadgets. However, after a long day in Milan, you should have an extra battery for your mobile phone at hand, because there is no key. You need enough power to open the door. This is because you have to log in electronically to open the door.

Fiquei hospedado na acomodação de Francesco por dois meses, foi tudo maravilhoso, a localização é ótimo perto de muitos bares e restaurantes. Apartamento é novo e muito bem equipado, a única coisa que acredito que podia ser melhorado, talvez porque passei um longo período na acomodação, é a adição de um microondas na cozinha. No mais tudo perfeito! Beatrice e Fabricio, que cuidam do predio todos os dias são muito solicitos e gentis.

We had a great time during the Milan design week. The room was really nice, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was always super responsive, kind and helpful. Only one negative thing, the rooms didn't insulate very well, we woke up a few times due to someone's phone alarm. There was a self-check-in system for the entrance. For this reason, pay attention that you keep your phone charged.

Bel appartement, bien situe a 5 min a pied du tram. Impeccable, le seul petit inconveniant est de ne pas avoir de cle et de devoir passer par un site internet pour ouvrir les portes. Hote tres gentille et reactive.

Alloggio al piano seminterrato recentemente ristrutturato insieme all'intero edificio. Tutto pulito e con i vari comfort, host disponibile, zona tranquilla facilmente raggiungibile anche in auto e accesso alla struttura semplice tramite app.

I had a very pleasant time here. Everything is new and clean. The room is quite small but more than enough for one person and well equipped(kettle, small fridge, microwave, TV, balcony...). You feel very comfortable here. The area is quiet, but the doors of the rooms are not very well insulated, you can hear the noise of the neighbours in the corridors... I had a very good holiday there and will return with pleasure.

The apartment was nice, very clean and convinient for our stay at the Milan Design Week. We had 2 units combined and it was very suitable for three person so that each had their own room for sleeping. The balcony was amazing! Communication was seamless and easy.

Situé a 10 mm à pied des canaux de Navigli et du réseau de tram, l'appartement de Francesco est idéalement placé et permet de profiter au calme d'un quartier animé. Très propre, il est idéal pour un couple qui trouvera restaurants et magasins d'alimentation à proximité. Un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Lovely place, spotlessly clean, brand new and quiet. Great location near the Metro. There's keyless entry system that takes some getting used to, but in the end it was reliable and hassle-free (if you keep your phone charged).

Soluzioni ottimale per mezzi e centralità della zona. Casa grande e accogliente con camera e servizi decisamente comodi. Coinquiline perfette. Giulia disponibile e alla mano.

Proprietari disponibili, appartamento accogliente e ben strutturato che hanno facilitato la formazione di una grande famiglia all'interno, ormai da due anni a questa parte.

Ottima posizione per chi frequenta la Bocconi. Gli appartamenti sono ristrutturati, molto luminosi e i prezzi delle camere sono all-inclusive, compreso wi-fi (cosa importante per noi genitori).

Zona centrale molto comoda. Punti di forza: appartamenti nuovi e accessoriati, abitati da soli studenti (età 18-24), soluzione all-inclusive (luce,gas,wifi....), Giulia, la direttrice, simpatica e sempre disponibile.

Le stanze sono molto carine e nuove, la cucina accessoriata (nel mio appartamento era addirittura doppia) e i bagni sono nuovi. Nel complesso gli appartamenti sono accoglienti e molto piacevoli.
